摘要
This investigation is concerned with a wide range of temperatures (20-1000 degree C) and degrees of deformation (5-94%). Electron microscopic data provide a basis for construction of a diagram of the structural state in coordinates temperature-degree of deformation. The discussion deals with the influence of stacking fault energy on the formation of a dislocation structure at large levels of plastic strain and the influence of crystallographic texture.
