摘要：
Paper recycling has gained importance particularly in the newsprint sector. A lack of enthusiasm and government policies make the problem of recycling still unsolved. UK has brought up schemes to collect household waste paper to recycling units and make energy from paper in the combined heat and power (CHP) plants. Paper recycling needs more attention and efforts to be directed towards its expansion as it can make a positive contribution to reduce global warming.
