摘要
Powder with high conductivity was obtained by mechanical alloying of silver-plated copper powder. The measuring results show that the conductive pastes made from the powder mentioned above have high conductivity and high moisture resistance. Their silver film migration resistance is 100 times of that of the silver conductive paste.
