摘要
The predictive performances of a RADAR vehicular detector that is being developed as an adequate jamming sensor in a tunnel is described. When traffic, speed, and time occupancy measurements are requested of a single sensor, they have different interests about its installation angle. The nature of traffic flow near jamming is reviewed, and optimum allotment of each performance is discussed. The RADAR sensor gives more correct information as compared with traditional presence sensors. The necessary installation condition would be selected from the calculating procedure and estimated value which are presented here.
