摘要
The dispolok-full service leasing offer provides new rail transport enterprises with the necessary scope and a maximum of flexibility to be able to enter the rail traffic market. The dispolok-concept offers established railways the possibility to bypass planned down times (revisions, general inspections) or peak traffic without operation restraints and thus to redefine planning propositions for the fleet size. Buyers have access to multi-system locomotives through the dispolok-concept with an exceptionally brief period of supply. The question whether to lease or to buy is orientated on the arrangement of the major tasks of the transport providers, i.e. is the traction only part of the creation of value or the core competence?
