摘要
The reactions of interstitial helium with bivacancies in an alpha Fe crystal were studied by simulation on a computer. The reactions with three different bivacancies comprising two vacancies at lattice sites at first, second and third neighbor distances are analyzed. The binding energies are 0. 21; 0. 47 and 0. 10 eV respectively. The zone of spontaneous interaction of the (He plus 2V) complex is determined for each bivacancy. Three kinds of mechanisms are distinguished.
