摘要
The structure, magnetic properties, polar Kerr rotation angle ( theta //k), and Mossbauer effect of Fe/Cu and Co/Cu system compositionally modulated multilayered films were studied. No satellite peak was found in the Fe/Cu film X-ray diffraction pattern, but a clear satellite peak was observed in that of the Co/Cu system multilayered film, revealing the difference between the structures of the Fe/Cu and Co/Cu multilayered films. A theta //k peak was observed at lambda equals 560 nm in the multilayered films with thick composition modulation period. The appearance of the theta //k peak at this wavelength suggests the possibility of an electron transition, because no multiple reflection was observed in the neighborhood of 560 nm.
