摘要
The effect of specimen temperature and size on strength has been considered for globular graphite cast iron under conditions of the complicated stressed state. It is shown experimentally that the material creep can be described by the von Mises criterion, and the strength in the biaxial tension range - by the maximum normal stress criterion. As for the cast iron creep, it does not depend on the size effect, and strength enhances with size reduction. The yield criterion was employed in analysis of the size effect on the type of stressed state of the material.
