Decentralized Automation in 110/10 kv Networks.

In 110/10 kv systems there are nowadays a large number of small transformer installations in operation which are supplied via a double-stub line or a loop line. It is shown that the availability of such installations can be increased at little cost by the decentralized use of automatic switchover arrangements.
