摘要：
In this paper the advantage that the use of ferrocement has for community development is presented. The author reports that its physical strength, permeability and other properties, as well as the constructional simplicity makes ferrocement particularly outstanding for building silos, roofs, barges, water containers, septic tanks, and other structures.
