摘要
A study was made of the effect of small additions of metals on the electrical properties of glasses which differ in composition and in the nature of the chalcogen. It is found that the character of the effect of Cu and Pb on the electrical properties of AsGe//o//. //2Se glasses is the same as on those of As//2Se//3 but differs from the type of effect on the electrical conductivity of the ternary AsGeS and AsGeSe compounds.
