摘要
In this study, it was decided to research the flood runoff which is indispensable for the plans of proper mountain and river management, for the rivers with small basins such as medium and small rivers and mountain streams. In this case, it is important to investigate and research the resistance law which controls the mechanism of rainwater runoff on mountainside slopes; accordingly, the investigation and research concerning the equivalent roughness of mountain side slopes were decided to be the main subjects of examination.
