摘要：
A study is made of the macrokinetics of the process of synthesis of trichlorosilane, and the relations between the kinetic parameters of the reactions which occur are determined. A mathematical model of the process is constructed and identified. A study is made of the stability of the process, and it is shown that the range of operating temperatures corresponds to an unstable equilibrium state.
