摘要
An integrated wedge shaped piezoelectric semiconductor transducer for ultrasonic surface waves is described. Comparison of results with those obtained for a polystyrene wedge shows that the conversion losses can be reduced and the range of working frequencies can be extended by using such a structure in which a bulk-wave piezoelectric transfer is fabricated directly within the semiconductor wedge.
