摘要：
It is shown that corrosion caused by calcium bromide solutions can be greatly reduced by the addition of small quantities of saturated solution of NaOH and KOH. In addition, several measures are recommended to prevent oxygen from gaining access to CaBr//2 solutions and to otherwise reduce the ability of oxygen to promote the corrosion process.
