An equilibrium state in the Fe-Si-Al-Ca-Mg-O system is investigated over the temperature range of 1573-2173 K by the method of thermodynamic simulation. An influence of charge material composition (amount of alumoslag and lime) on degree of transition of elements into alloy is determined. The chemical and phase compositions of the metallic and slag compositions in the process of ferrosilicoaluminum smelting are studied. The conditions for producing the alloys with the optimum composition and properties by wasteless ecologically safe technology are ascertained.
