摘要
The effects of the properties of base materials and filler wires, and of the welding conditions on distortion of welded aluminum alloy plates for rolling stock were studied. Transverse shrinkage and angular distortion could be represented in terms of the quantity of weld metal and the shape of the weld metal respectively, regardless of the properties of the base materials and filler wires. Longitudinal shrinkage was largely affected by the properties of the base materials and filler wires because of the difference in physical characteristics at high temperatures. Experimental formulas were established to estimate the distortion.
