摘要
A new model turbulent heat transfer in dilute solutions of polymers is constructed and a formula for the universal temperature distribution is obtained. These theoretical results are compared with data obtained in turbulent flows of polyacrylamide solutions. It is shown that the velocity and temperature distributions in transient flows of dilute surfactant solutions undergo a stronger variation than in water flows.
