摘要
The influence of components of alumosilicate catalyst of cracking on its selectivity was studied. Zeolite Y in RE- and H-form, alumosilica gel with 0, 7, 10 and 20 % aluminium oxide, kaolin, BP-84, aluminium hydroxide were used for the catalyst fabrication. Catalytic activity was tested at 500° C using a facility with a flow-type reactor and a fixed bed of the catalyst. Vacuum distillate with boiling out limit within 284-467° C was used as raw material. It is ascertained that decrease in the content of aluminium oxide in the matrix of alumosilicate catalyst results in significant increase of its selectivity: reduction of coke and gas yield, increase in the total yield of gasoline and diesel fractions.
