摘要:
A counterview on a WWF survey which reported that human blood and fat samples contain residues of around 30 synthetic chemicals, is presented. This counterview was based on a survey which showed that farmers, foresters, millers and pesticide users in the front line of synthetic pesticide exposure, have much lower cancer rates than public. About 200 investigations established that a diet in conventionally-produced fruit and vegetables, containing pesticide traces, cuts the rate of most common cancers by about half. In this counterview it is stated that the WWF report is part of an over-exaggerated campaign by groups whose philosophy, if followed through, would denude countries of most business and agriculture.
