Principle, method and experiment of ultrasonic displacement measurement by using laser heterodyne interferometer

摘要
An introduction was made on the measurement principle, in which, a Bragg diffraction cell is used as the frequency shifter, and the PPL is used as the PM demodulator. Besides, the effect of space collimation on the signal-to-noise ratio, and the ways to lower the detection limit as well as to suppress the noise were also discussed.
