摘要
Is an attempt to give a broad outline of aspects relating to correct planning, design considerations and the rigorous confirmatory analysis necessary to determine the suitability of the hull and the cargo containment tanks contained within it. Emphasis has been made on the need for strict control during construction to ensure that the limiting criteria built in the analytical assessment are not exceeded in the construction process. Safety on board ship must similarly be given the same correct planning and rigorous check systems in the normal working of the ship. In the case of extend beyond the engine room bulkhead safety is maintained by using highly trained, skilled and motivated personnel.
