摘要
A pore water pressure model newly proposed by the authors predicts successfully the pressure response under undrained conditions not only for uniform stresses but also for irregular ones. A new formulation based on the endochronic theory is presented for depicting the pore water pressure with a single monotonically increasing function of the accumulated inelastic shear strain, which physically represents the accumulated rearrangement of particle configurations.
