摘要：
An analysis of the proposed mathematical models for the controlled crystallization of calcium sulfate in the presence of a gypsum seed showed that they are not sufficiently accurate. A new equation was proposed which takes account of the change in the activity of the seed during the crystallization process. Statistical analysis of the known and presently proposed equations showed that the latter most accurately describes the given process.
