摘要：
Ion plating method is employed for the deposition of the silver thin film on the quartz crystal vibrator blank for obtaining the stable exciting electrode. The crystallographic structure of the film is evaluated from the rocking curve of X-ray diffractometer measurement and from the reflection electron-diffraction pattern. 12 refs.
