摘要
A circuit is presented which makes available a time slot pattern of minimum 10 nsec which makes it possible to compile control signal according to the concept of a 'construction kit' and to make variations whenever necessary. The usefulness of the generator for the development of a memory unit consisting of dynamic RAM's is pointed out.
