摘要：
The significance of morphological investigations and the results of particle size analysis on the fracture surface for porous, single-phase ceramic materials are discussed. By the example of explosively compacted Al//2O//3 it is shown to what extent morphological investigations as a method complementary to structural characteristics lead to conclusions about the densification mechanism.
