摘要
The influence of famotidine drug on the corrosion of mild steel in 0.1N HCl and H2SO4 has been studied using electrochemical polarisation. Evaluated corrosion parameters clearly bring out the fact that the drug acts as a cathodic inhibitor, bringing down the corrosion considerably even at very low concentration.
