On-line component determination of dairy products using infrared sensors

摘要：
Dairy industry requires a fast determination method for components to strictly manage the quality of their products. This paper introduced the current status of fast component determination equipment, and the on-line component determination of dairy products including the determination structure of MMS, the component determination of coffee milk, the development of continuous thick beverage preparation system for ice cream and the like, and the component determination of thick samples.
