Influence of the freezing rate on the magnetoresistance property Rb/Ro of the InSb-NiSb eutectic composite

摘要
The influence of unidirectional solidification rate V upon the magnetoresistance property Rb/Ro of the InSb-NiSb eutectic alloy was experimentally studied. The results show that the ratio Rb/Ro of the eutectic varies with the variation of the freezing rate V, and a maximum value of Rb/Ro exists in the relationship between Rb/Ro and V, which can be explained by the physical and geometrical magnetoresistance effects.
