摘要
The aim of the paper is to present a CPS of new generation based on the high-frequency two-stage converter of direct voltage with usage of the new power high-voltage transistors, fabricated by the CoolMOS technology. The described CPS has the following advantages: high power coefficient, high efficiency, small mass and sizes, reliability etc. The main performances of the CPS are presented.
