摘要
A cell concept has been developed and a pilot plant built at Production Engineering Laboratory NTH-SINTEF. The paper discusses the short term scheduling and machine loading aspects and the workpiece motion generation and execution within the cell core. Based on the experiences from the design and use of the cell, future requirement for the design of robot control systems is given.
