摘要
There is an extended region of perturbation in the charged component ahead of a shock-wave (SW) front in a weakly ionized nonisothermal plasma (T//e VM GT TH T//i. The authors examine the formation of a stationary perturbation profile, which enables one in particular to find the proportion of the SW energy transferred to the precursor. They give a solution for the motion of a piston in a weakly ionized nonisothermal plasma.
