Efficient NYAB self-frequency-doubling green laser with diffraction-limited beam quality

摘要
A diffraction-limited green beam was obtained from a diode-pumped cw mini-laser using the self-frequency-doubling crystal, neodymium yttrium aluminum borate (NYAB). The measured divergence angle was 0.82 mrad. The output power was 35 mW for an input diode power of 369 mW. The slope efficiency was determined to be 27%. The FWHM linewidth was 1.12 angstroms.
