摘要
Using the x-ray electron spectroscopic method, we have studied binary glassy and some crystalline phosphates containing mono- and divalent cations. The fact that the spectra of the core levels and of the valence band of the glassy and crystalline analogs are identical indicates the retention of short-range order in the glasses. With the help of the above method, it is possible to distinguish the bridging and nonbridging oxygen atoms (P-O-R and P equals O) in glassy and crystalline phosphates containing mono- and divalent cations; it does not seem possible to differentiate the P-O-R and P equals O bonds.
