摘要
The influence of the formation of deformation texture on the dislocation structure, nucleation of recrystallization and development of cubic texture in the alloy 50N has been established by the methods of optical and transmission electron microscopy. It was assumed that the kinetics of the softening process during the formation of nuclei in the cells and walls of oriented dislocation pile-ups would be different from the nucleation which is mainly on grain boundaries. In this work the influence of texture formation on the kinetics and activation energy was studied at different stages in the process of softening. The alloy chosen for the investigation was Fe-Ni (50% Ni) in which a very well defined cubic recrystallization texture is formed. This means that the alloy may be treated as a model where the regularities of the influence of texture on recrystallization are most pronounced.
