摘要
A numerical investigation is presented in which the whole problem of energy release in a combustible spray-gas mixture is solved. The influence of the igniting explosion strength and energy density on the parameters of the shock waves traveling in the media is delineated. The main conclusion is that the increase of the volume of the igniting source provides better ignition characteristics. The influence of the droplets size of the spray on the parameters of the shock waves traveling in the media is delineated. The investigation was able to reveal the mechanism of shock wave reinforcement and to show the source of dynamic instabilities encountered with two-phase detonation processes.
