摘要
A maximin procedure automation algorithm is suggested in reliable decision making about the stable signal level presence. It is assumed that the signal level is subjected to fast, slow and time signal fading in the tropospheric radio wave propagation. The algorithm provides a given information reliability of communication systems in transmission of low-speed and high-speed information flows with a given error probability.
