摘要
A computer program based on finite difference method (FDM) is developed to estimate the dynamic solar energy absorbed by walls and windows at any orientation from zero (south) to 360 degrees. Also the program estimates the solar energy absorbed by the roof at any angle ranging from horizontal up to vertical, and in various orientations. Data of solar heat gain on a given building are calculated on hourly basis through the day and around the year. The output obtained includes the solar heat gained by every room, then calculated for a certain floor and finally a total heat load calculated for the building.
