摘要：
This report concerns the problems involved in coating varnishes and solder masks for printed circuit boards. A number of varnishes and masks of the types available on the market are evaluated, and tests are reported covering environmental protection parameters as well as process parameters. Further, an evaluation is made of the problems connected with cleansing of the boards before varnishing and varnishing procedure itself.
