摘要
The basic theory of Gas Filled Membrane Absorption Technology (GFMAT) is introduced. The influence of operation parameters, such as pH concentration, velocity and temperature on the mass transfer coefficient is discussed for the recovery of azide from wastewater of primary explosive. With the increase of acidity of feed solution, the mass transfer coefficient increases correspondingly among experimental range. With the increase of concentration of feed solution, the mass transfer coefficient is slightly decreased. The mass transfer coefficient is directly proportional to the cube root of feed velocity. The logarithm of the mass transfer coefficient varies linearly with the reciprocal of absolute temperature of feed solution. Azide recovery can be effectively made by rational operation parameters. The new technology has many advantages, such as high recovery efficiency, low energy consumption, no secondary pollution and convenient operation. GFMAT opens up a good prospect for the recovery of azide from wastewater.
