Specific features of gas turbines exploitation in corrosive medium

摘要
The hot salt corrosion in turbine blades in operation of ground- and sea-based gas turbine engines leads to mass losses. The dependences were calculated of mass losses of blades material on metal temperature in the region 800-900°C for 1000 h of exploitation for nickel alloys with similarity parameters of sulfide corrosion 130, 140, 150%. Minimum gas flow temperature field nonuniformity should be provided before a turbine to raise reliability of gas turbine engines exploitation.
