摘要
The variations in the solar radiation intensity (SRI) at the earth's surface and the concentration of ozone at the ground level were observed. Ozone observations were made at a height of 1.5 m above the ground. Each series of measurements included about 100 point SRI and O3 readings, made simultaneously at intervals of 25 seconds. The interval between the measurement series was about 1 hour. The results show that the periods of the first and second harmonics of the variations in solar radiation intensity and [O3] are practically identical and are independent of place, time of day, or weather conditions. There exists a correlation between the fluctuations in [O3] and SRI with a coefficient of correlation of about 0.74, and the fluctuations of [O3] are of photochemical origin.
