摘要
The surface quality of a part formed by the surface plastic deformation method depends in considerable degree on the conditions of deformation of the material and the scheme of its stress state at the point of tool contact with the part. The calculation of this scheme constitutes the elastoplasticity problem, which with smallness of the contact characteristic dimension reduces to finding the stresses in an elastoplastic halfspace, on some part of the boundary S of which there act the normal N and tangential T//x, T//y forces. We propose an approximate method for solving the elastoplastic contact problem with use of the known elastic solutions.
