摘要
The electron temperature in the stream from the plasma source is determined experimentally by a xenon ″optical thermometer″ . It is shown that the electron temperature determined by the relative-intensity method on the basis of the corona model agrees with the results of probe measurements if the effective excitation cross section is averaged over a Druyvesteyn distribution.
