摘要
Various organizations have adopted the European Foundation for Quality Management's (EFQM's) Excellence 2000 model as a means of self-assessment to gain the benefits of improved performance. The model helps in improving the performance along with strategy sustainment to gain multiple benefits. Improved opportunities, strengths identification, practices learning and transfer ideas were also analyzed. The results showed that the process helped the European organizations to increase their business excellence.
