摘要
We will report here on the studies for an alternative way using a system of NAS membranes of different sensitivities. The principle is essentially already known to the pioneers of the classical ion-selective electrodes. With this system an attempt was made to solve two problems: (i) cross sensitivity by determining simultaneously pNa and pH and (ii) replacement of the reference electrode by differential measurement. Ion implantation along with the spectroscopic profiling method and electro-chemical measurements was employed as the technology for tailoring the defined sensitivities required for such NAS membranes.
