摘要
Automation and a new drive system facilitate fiber and optics alignment, giving positioning precision and stability at nanometer levels. Physik Instrumente's LightLine system combines a patented piezoelectric drive concept, a 3-axis motion system with a 6 × 6 × 6-mm range, integrated absolute position sensors, an optional 3-angle tilt capability, and manual and remote computer control. The PiezoWalk motion system exhibits ultrahigh resolution and high stiffness typical of PZT actuators, while adding long travel and high linearity.
