摘要
Presented is a refinement process that starts with hardware/software partitioning at the system functional level and refines the hardware portions of the design from a purely functional description to a low level RTL description. The methodology enables hardware/software co-design, inexpensive hardware/software co-design, inexpensive hardware/software co-verification.
