摘要
The selection of optimum grinding rates for multi-face tips of TN-20 cemented carbide is considered. Grinding rates are optimized on the basis of an integrated cost criterion, allowing for grinding costs and tool wear-resistance. The relationship between grinding costs, tool life, cross-feed rate in grinding and wheel speed, grit and diamond concentration is established.
